Spicy, complex and black-fruited, this is a pinot that confidently fuses crunchy blackberry fruits and beetroot with the savoury, dried thyme overlay of whole-bunch fermentation and the subtle cashew-nut grip of a touch of new French oak. Firm, fine tannins bring up a dry finish of medium persistence.
